International Scholasticate in Rome: Preparation for Perpetual Profession
ROME, Italy – On Monday, 30th of June, Miro, Nikola, Nino and Kristian, four students of the International Scholasticate in Rome, having completed the course of theological studies, left for Saint Laurent to prepare themselves for the Perpetual Profession in the Company of Mary. In Bergamo, where they had their first stop, Zrinko from the community of Zagabria joined them. On Tuesday, 1 July, they left together to join in the evening with the two students from the Delegation of Portugal, Carlos and Miguel, who were already in France. Together they will start their two-month formation process which Fr. Arnold and his team has prepared as an itinerary of immersion towards the source of the spirituality of the Founder, St. Louis Marie de Montfort. It will be a period of intensive prayer and study to be stregtened at the school of Saint Louis Marie and to prepare with joy the decisive step of the Perpetual Profession. They will commit themselves to following Christ in chastity, poverty and obedience in the footsteps of our Father founder. We entrust them to Mary, Virgin and Mother, that she will take care of them at this moment and accompany them with her maternal help in this important step that they are going to do.
