AGREEMENT WITH THE PARISH PRIEST

           We, the Montfort Missionaries, commit ourselves to give a mission in your parish of _____________________________________, from __________  to ____________. To facilitate the fulfillment and success of the mission program, we would like to agree with you and your assistants on the following aspects.

That help be given to disseminate to the people information about the mission, to announce it in all Eucharistic Celebrations during the time of the mission.
That your presence would always be on hand during important meetings.
That your involvement is expected in the mission’s major activities.
That provision of information to the missionaries as regards the security situation of the areas be given.
That logistics and accommodation for the missionaries in the areas be arranged or provided.
That there would be commitment to follow-up the programs of the mission.
That there would be a share from the parish in the purchase of the mission’s supplies.
That the parish priest provides parish volunteers for the mission.
That joining in the mission team’s Entry Masses and Thanksgiving Masses in the areas be part of the parish priest’s involvement.
           As the mission progresses, if needed, some points in this agreement may be adjusted. And as unforeseen circumstances arise, we suggest that we be open to respond to the changing needs of the situation.

           May Jesus, the Eternal and Incarnate Wisdom, bless our missionary endeavor and grant us all the graces we need to bring about His Kingdom.
