Purpose
The Commission for Communication was established in October 2024, and it aims to diffuse the Montfortian Spirituality and Charism of the congregation in sharing the daily events and life of the entities, which helps to be connected to each other as members of the congregation and mission of the Church.
Members of the Commission
The person responsible for the commission from the General Administration is Father Prem KUMAR, SMM and the members of this commission are:
Father Jailos Augustine MPINA, SMM (Generalate - Rome)
Father Jailos Augustine MPINA, SMM was born on 27th March 1983 in Malawi, made his first profession on 6th August 2009, his perpetual profession on 6th December 2013 and was ordained priest on 10th May 2014. Presently, he is working as the Director of the Communication Centre in our General House, Rome.
Father Carlos Miguel José VIEIRA, SMM (Portugal)
Father Carlos Miguel José VIEIRA, SMM was born on 4th December 1980 in Luanda, Angola. He made his first profession on 20th September 2009 and perpetual profession on 12th October 2014. He was ordained priest on 28th June 2015 in Angola. Presently, he is working on our spirituality on Catholic Radio in Portugal.
Father Sherwin Ybañez NUÑEZ, SMM (Philippines)
Father Sherwin Ybañez Nuñez, SMM was born on 17th September 1980 in Cebu Philippines. He made his first profession on 2004, perpetual profession on 29th September 2012 and priestly ordination on 6th April 2013. Presently, he is part of the Delegation team as councillor, postulant director and Director of the Association of Mary Queen of All Hearts.
Father David NIWAGABA, SMM (Africa Anglophone)
Father David NIWAGABA, SMM was born on 27th March 1983 in Rubirizi District Uganda. He made his first profession on 6th August 2009, perpetual profession on 6th December 2013 and ordained priest on 19th July 2014. Presently, he is working as the Director of Lunta Television, Malawi and also Bursar of the Anglophone Africa Delegation.
Father Álvaro PULIDO BAUTISTA, SMM (Colombia)
Father Álvaro PULIDO BAUTISTA, SMM was born on 19th June 1984 in Tunja and made his first profession on 20th November 2004. He made his perpetual profession on 30th August 2009 and ordained priest on 12th December 2010 in Colombia. Presently, he is working in Colombia.
